This page is a collection of things I found or just came across, and some parts of it stuck with me while working on this project.
JR’s photographs of people who have suffered injustice are massively enlarged and thus inevitably integrated into society, ensuring that these individuals and their problems are heard.
Nick Cave’s intriguing soundsuits, the dance, the rhythmic beats. The effect—much like that of traditional ritual dance—is hypnotic and immersive, forging the group into a amazing unified whole.
Feynman ended his speech in 1974 with:
I Have just one wish for you, the good luck to be somewhere you are free to maintain the kind of integrity I have described and where you do not feel forced by a need to maintain your position in the organisation or financial support or so on to lose your integrity.
