Who was Satan?

The word Satan can come from the Egyptian god Seth, because this god is an Anunaki god he gets the designation "An" behind his name then you get Sethan or Sethanu, the god of chaos and confusion. His name already sounds suspiciously like Satan.

Seth was jealous of his brother Osiris and that is why he murdered him and chopped his body into pieces. (The whole story is quite juicy)

Their sister Isis was the lover of Osiris, she found all the pieces of body parts again and with the help of the magic of Thoth she still had a child from Osiris, named Horus. Isis is also called Sothis or Sopdet and in other mythologies she bears the names Demeter, Gaia, Freya etc.

Seth's hieroglyph is an animal with a long snout, pointed ears and an upright forked tail, often associated with a pig, dog, aardvark or donkey (Is already a bit devilish), sometimes Set's hieroglyph looks a lot like that of Thoth. 

Thoth is the eldest son of the sun god Ra

I also came across that Thoth sprang from the head of the evil god Seth.

Lucifer is literally the light bringer and the dawn in Latin and reference is made to the morning star Sirius. This star is in the constellation Canis Major, which means big dog, and perhaps this is related to the son of Seth and Nebthet (their other sister). Because that son is known as the jackal Anubis. The one who weighs the hearts of the deceased in the underworld.

The Egyptian calendar is based on the rising of Sirius, which rises during the dog days of July and August. When Sirius appeared, the river Nile no longer overflowed its banks and the land dried up. So crops had to be harvested.

Sirius is the goddess Sopdet, so Isis the goddess who is depicted with a star on her head, the light bringer.

We know Satan as a goat with a human body.

The goat is the 2nd domesticated animal, since 10,000 years BC this animal lives and helps us people.

The dog is the first domesticated animal, since 15,000 BC.

You can't make herds of goats because they are too rebellious for that. Sheep are also originally loners but thanks to the dog they have been made into herd animals. In the Bible, god is called the shepherd - guess who the sheep represent.

The Greek god Pan is also associated with a Goat, but then as a creature with a human head with a goatee and horns and a goat lower body. Pan is the nature god, the protector of cattle, forests, agriculture and then it is mainly about the energetic aspect of fertility. Pan is the son of Hermes, Hermes is another name for Thoth and also as Wodan, archangel Metatron, Kukulkan etc. Each mythology has given its own name to the form of energy that is responsible for the creation itself.

In the Middle Ages, the Roman Christians started a hate campaign against the lustful god Pan because worshipping Pan was equivalent to worshipping a high libido. Pan was constantly after all the demigods - that naughty Satyr! This god makes people free and dance and flirt. The hate campaign succeeded and she changed Pan into the image of the devil as we are now familiar with. So a man's body with a goat's head.

Pan, Satyr and Osiris are all gods who provide fertility and a good agriculture and harvest, our foundation, and they also all have a link with the underworld - soil - the unborn.

The name Sater has also a link with the Roman god Saturn, in Greek Mythology he is called Cronos, Cronos is the son of Ouranos (Uranus) and Gaea (Gaia, earth). Cronos, just like Lucifer, is one day thrown to earth by his father because of jealousy and pride. 

The stories do not match but the themes do. 

Lucifer was thrown down by his father because Lucifer wanted to be just as powerful as God, his father. Lucifer became rebellious and his father had enough of him. 

With Cronos it was the father who was jealous of his children and therefore threw them back to earth (to their mother Gaia). 

It is also striking that in the Bible the devil is not called Lucifer anywhere. In the Vulgate the word Lucifer appears 6 times but with the meaning of dawn and in 2 Peter 1:19 Lucifer even refers to Jesus himself. In Metamorphoses Lucifer, the morning star, appears as the father of Ceyx with the mother Aurora (Greek mythology).

The morning star plays a role in the story of Phaeton. He wanted to prepare his father's sun chariot to prove his Greatness. Supreme god Zeus had enough of this arrogance and threw him down from heaven. (This theme again).

This story refers to Sirius the Morning Star, Lucifer, who is the last of all the stars to disappear from the sky after the sun has already risen.

This quality of the morning star is seen as characteristic of his arrogant ambition to outdo the sun.

Satan means in Hebrew 'Adversary’, ‘the opposite’ or 'Accuser'.

In Sardinia they worship the holy Lucifer on May 20th. The Pentecost for Christians.

The Rune Dagaz is a lying 8, and means the dawn. As a symbolism: 'the angels Runes', twilight, The time of day to get good ideas and inspirations. This is the most positive Rune in the whole set. It's a perfect representation of balance between licht and darkness, and between our two brain parts. The symbol that appears above the head of the magician in the tarot.

This rune looks like a diabolo, these were made in China 300 BC from bamboo, and used during rituals, by keeping that bamboo Diabolo in balance, the created spinning made a whistling sound.

If you put the Runes Dagaz and the Diabolo upright you get the shape of an hourglass, which immediately reminds you of Cronos, the time god of the Greeks.

Cronos (Kronos or Chronos) married his sister Rhea which means stream. So together hey are Time and Stream.

Because of the prediction that Cronos would be dethroned by one of his children, he ate all his children up. But one child, Zeus, was born in secret and raised in a cave in Crete by the love of the Nymphs and goats' milk. The grownup Zeus made his father drink a potion that made all his brothers and sisters vomit out. This story has two endings:

1. Zeus had his father chopped into pieces (as Seth did to his brother Osiris).

2. Zeus felt sorry for his father, banished him to Italy where he is worshipped as Saturn.

Satyr the sower / Satan the slanderer, is originally a fertility god.

His divine qualities for which he was worshipped are:

-A high libido - Hermaphrodite - sowing/harvesting - Births - Rainfall - The Maker of the World - Healer - Life force - Joy - Wisdom - Pleasure - Dance and Music.

Fertility gods:

Pan, Faun, Osiris, Cronos, Saturn, Baal, Amon, Bes, Freyr, Eros, Aphroditos, Gaia, Rhea, Poseidon, Dionysus, Lono, Kokopelli, Frigg and Vanir etc.

Dogs and Goats were revered, that a Goat became the symbol of darkness is therefore a strange thing.

I came across the fact that the word ‘thought’ literally comes from the god Thoth and if that is so then the word sad literally comes from the name Seth. 

The moon god was Thoth, Thoth created the cosmos, the protector over the energy flow of creation and keeps the connection with the higher instant. Thoth is the balance between the visual focus and meditation. Our ability to think and makes us gods.

The chaos god Seth or Seth-an made from his life a huge chaos and mess, because he let himself be guided by feelings of unrest, but over the years he became wise and learned to direct his thoughts. When he succeeded in this, Thoth arose in his head (the energy of creation instead of destruction), and he became one with Thoth ~ I mean God.

Amen, this word comes from the sun god Amon-ra, he who created himself. He stands for the primeval creation, for the continuous renewal. He is the king of the gods, ruler of heaven and earth.

Amon is also demonized, as a fire-breathing monster that looks a bit like an ape.

There are also images of Zeus, in Roman called Jupiter-Ammon, He is also depicted as a man with goat horns, just like Pan.

I am glad that the more I learn about this, the more I realize that the demonic concept of 'Satan' is a lie designed to keep us humans in control with fear.

Wie was Satan?

Het Woord Satan kan komen van de Egyptische god Seth, omdat deze god een Anunaki god is krijgt hij achter zijn naam de aanduiding “An” dan krijg je Sethan of Sethanu, De god van de chaos en verwarring. Zijn naam heeft al verdacht veel weg van Satan.

Seth was jarloes op zijn broer Osiris en daarom vermoorde hij hem en hakte zijn lichaam in stukken. (Het hele verhaal is nogal smeuïg)

Hun zus Isis was de geliefde van Osiris, zij vond alle stukken lichaamsdelen weer terug en met de hulp van de magie van Thoth kreeg ze zo toch een kind van Osiris, Horus genaamd. Isis heet ook wel Sothis of Sopdet en in andere mythologien draagt ze de namen Demeter, Gaia, Freya enz.

Seth’s hiëroglief is een dier met een lange snuit, puntige oren en een rechtopstaande gevorkte staart, veelal geassocieerd met een varken, hond, aardvarken of ezel (Is al een beetje duivels), soms lijkt Set’s hiëroglief veel op die van Thoth. 

Thot is de oudste zoon van de zonnegod Ra

Ook kwam ik tegen dat Thoth is ontsproten uit het hoofd van de boosaardige god Seth.

Lucifer is in het Latijns letterlijk de lichtbrenger en de dageraad en er wordt verwezen naar de ochtendster Sirius. Deze ster staat in het sterrenbeeld Canis Major, wat grote hond betekend, en misschien is dit verwant aan de zoon van Seth en Nebthet (de andere zus van hun). Want die zoon is bekent als de jakhalzend Anubis. Degene die in de onderwereld de harten van de overleden weegt.

De Egyptische kalender is getikt op de opkomst van Sirius, die opkomt tijdens de hondsdagen Juli en augustus. Wanneer Sirius verscheen, trad de rivier de Nijl niet meer buiten de oevers en viel het land droog. Dus gewassen moesten geoogst worden.

Sirius is de godin Sopdet, dus Isis, de godin die is afgebeeld met een ster op haar hoofd, de lichtbrenger dus.

Satan kennen wij als een geit met een mensen lichaam.

De geit is het 2de gedomesticeerde dier, sinds 10,000 jaar BC leeft en helpt dit dier de mensen.

De hond is het eerste gedomesticeerde dier, sinds 15,000 BC.

Van geiten kun je geen kuddes maken want daar zijn ze te rebels voor. Schapen zijn van oorsprong ook einzelgängers maar dankzij de hond zijn ze gemaakt tot kuddedieren. In de bijbel wordt god de herder genoemd - 3 x raden wie de schapen vertegenwoordigen.

De Griekse god Pan wordt ook geassocieerd met Geit, maar dan als een schepsel met een mensenhoofd met sik en hoorns en een geiten-onder-lichaam. Pan is de natuurgod, de beschermer van vee, de bossen, de landbouw en dan gaat het vooral om het energetische aspect van de vruchtbaarheid. Pan is de zoon van Hermes, Hermes is een andere naam voor Thoth, Wodan, aartsengel Metatron, Kukulkan enz. Elke mythologie heeft zijn eigen naam gegeven aan de energievorm die verantwoordelijk is voor de creatie zelf.

De Romeinse christenen zijn in de middeleeuwen een haat-campagne tegen de wellustige god Pan gaan invoeren omdat Pan vereren gelijk stond aan de verering van een hoog libido. Pan zat constant achter allemaal halfgoden aan - die stoute Sater! Deze god maakt de mensen vrij en aan het dansen en sjansen. De haat-campanje is gelukt en ze veranderde Pan in het beeld van de duivel zoals wij die nu vertrouwd zijn. Dus een mannenlichaam met een geitenkop.

Pan, Sater en Osiris zijn allemaal goden die voor vruchtbaarheid en een goede landbouw en oogst zorgen, onze fundering, en ze hebben ook alle drie een link met de onderwereld - grond - het ongeborenen. 

De naam Sater heeft ook een link met de Romeinse god Saturnus, in de Griekse Mythologie heet hij Cronos, Cronos is de zoon van Ouranos (Uranus) en Gaea (aarde). Cronos wordt net als Lucifer op een dag door zijn vader naar de aarde gegooid vanwege jaloezie en hoogmoed. 

De verhalen komen niet overeen maar de thema’s wel.

Lucifer werd door zijn vader naar beneden gesmeten omdat lucifer net zo machtig als god, zijn vader wilde zijn. Lucifer werd opstandig en zijn vader had genoeg van hem.

Bij Cronos was het de vader die jaloers was op zijn kinderen en smeet ze daarom terug naar de aarde (naar hun moeder Gaia).

Ook frappant is dat in de bijbel de duivel nergens de naam Lucifer heeft. In de Vulgaat komt het woord Lucifer 6x voor maar met de betekenis van dageraad en in 2 Petrus 1:19 wordt met Lucifer zelfs Jezus himself bedoeld. In Metamorfosen komt Lucifer, de morgenster, voor als vader van Ceyx zoon van Aurora (Griekse mythologie).

De Morgenster speelt een rol in het verhaal over Phaeton. Hij wilde de zonnewagen van zijn vader bereiden om zo zijn Grootheid te bewijzen. Oppergod Zeus had genoeg van deze hoogmoed en worp hem hem vanuit de hemel neer. (Weer dit thema).

Dit verhaal slaat op Sirius de Morgenster, Lucifer, die als laatste van alle sterren uit de hemel verdwijnt nadat de zon al is opgekomen.

Deze eigenschap van de morgenster wordt gezien als kenmerkend voor zijn arrogante streven om de zon naar de kroon te steken.

Satan betekend in het Hebreeuws ’Tegenstander” of “Aanklager”.

De Rune Dagaz is een liggende 8, en betekend de dageraad. Als symboliek: ‘de engelen Runen’, schemerduister, Het moment van de dag om goede ideeën en ingevingen te krijgen. Dit is de aller positiefste Rune in de hele setHet is een perfecte weergave van de balans tussen licht en duisternis, en tussen onze twee hersendelen. Het symbool dat boven het hoofd staat van de magiër in de tarot.

Deze rune lijkt op een diabolo, deze werden in China 300 BC gemaakt van bamboe, en tijdens rituelen gebruikt, door het in balance houden van die bamboe Diabolo creëerde het spinnen een fluitend geluid.

Als je de Runen Dagaz en de Diabolo rechtop zet krijg je de vorm van een zandloper, wat gelijk weer doet denken aan de Cronos de tijdgod van de Grieken.

Cronos (Kronos of Chronos) trouwde met zijn zus Rhea wat stroom betekend. Dus samen zijn ze Tijd en Stroom.

Door de voorspelling dat Cronos door een van zijn kinderen van de troon wordt gestoten, at hij al zijn kinderen op. Maar een kind Zeus, werd in het geheim geboren en in een grot in Kreta grootgebracht door Nimfen-iefde en geitenmelk. De groot geworden Zeus liet zijn vader een drankje drinken waardoor al zijn broers en zussen werden uitgespuugd. Dit verhaal heeft twee einden:

1. Zeus liet zijn vader in stukken hakken (zoals Seth deed bij zijn broer Osiris).

2. Zeus had medelijden met zijn vader, verbande hem naar Italie waar hij als Saturnus wordt aanbeden.

Sater de zaaier / Satan de lasteraar, is van oorsprongen vruchtbaarheidsgod.

Zijn Goddelijke Eigenschappen waar hij om aanbeden werd zijn:

-Een hoog libido - Hermafrodiet - zaaien/oogsten - Geboorten - Regenval - De Maker van de Wereld - Genezer - Levenskracht - Vreugde - Wijsheid - Plezier - Dans en Muziek.

Vruichtbaarheids goden:

Pan, Faun, Osiris, Cronos, Saturnus, Baal, Amon, Bes, Freyr, Eros, Aphroditos, Gaia, Rhea, Poseidon, Dionysus, Lono, Kokopelli, Frigg en Vanir e.v.a.

Honden en Geiten werden met eerbied vereert, dat een Geit het symbool van het duister werd is daarom alleen al een vreemd iets.

Ik wam nog tegen dat het woord gedachte (thought) letterlijk afkomstig ons van de god Thoth en als dat zo is dan komt het woord somber (sad) letterlijk afkomstig is van de naam Seth.

De maangod was Thoth, Thoth heeft de kosmos geschapen, de beschermer over de energiestroom van creatie en houdt de verbinding met het hogere instant. Thoth is de balance tussen de visuele-focus en meditatie. Ons vermogen om te denken en maakt ons goden.

De chaos god Seth-an maakte van zijn leven een enorme chaos en puinhoop, omdat hij zich liet leiden door onlust gevoelens, maar door de jaren heen is hij wijs geworden en leerde hij zijn gedachten te sturen. Toen dit hem lukte is in zijn hoofd Thoth ontstaan (de energie van creatie in plaats van vernietiging), en wordt hij een met Thoth ~ ik bedoel God.

Amen!

Amen dit woord komt van de zonnegoed Amon-ra, hij die zichzelf geschapen heeft. Hij staat voor de oer-schepping, voor de voortdurende vernieuwing. Hij is de koning der goden, heerser over hemel en aarde.

Amon is ook gedemoniseerd, als een vuurspuwend monster dat wat op een aap lijkt.

Er zijn ook afbeeldingen van Zeus, in het Romeins genaamd Jupiter-Ammon, Hij is net als Pan ook afgebeeld als een man met Geitenhoorns.

Ik wordt er blij van dat ik, naarmate ik hier meer over te weten kom, ik steeds meer besef dat het demonische concept van 'Satan' een leugen is, bedoeld om ons mensen met angst in bedwang te houden.

Diabolo/Diablo = naam voor duivel.
