Anima And Animus

Anima is equal to the Yin, the Eros principal (right brain) and Animus is equal to Yang, the Psyche principal (left brain).

 

The goal is to bring the two opposites together in equal relationship inside our own being, so that we generate our life force energy.

 

The Feminine Eros principle drives the masculine psyche force.

And together they create the high intuitive vitality called Libido.

In Jungs definition Libido has a much broader aspect than it has today… 

to Jung it means the raw life force powering all human action, the internal hunger that drives you toward your purpose. This energy is as moisture. It needs a gradient, a direction, and it needs to be contained long enough to build real pressure. It needs the discipline to build the tension that made the engine for transformation run.

Taking conscious decisions and allow your soul to grow.
